Construction of the perimeter fence which defines our “Gated Community” was the first priority at the inception of the development. This is the backbone of the security status within the estate, coupled with the robust security protocols which we may not discuss in many details here for obvious reasons.

The advent of the Corvid -19 pandemic, has changed the working environment in the entire world in obvious ways technologically. Indeed, it jolted us to facilitate the installation of fiber connectivity so that our residents could carry out their work and learning activities seamlessly.

The main trunk road which dissects through the center of the estate is paved in cabro blocks. Feeder roads are done to murram standard and are constantly maintained to avoid dilapidation.
