The reticulation network covers the entire estate already with a connection Tee to each property unit. With the failure of our 3 boreholes that were sunk as the main source of household drinking water for the estate, our supply strategy remains to connect to all available local water suppliers.

Construction of the perimeter fence which defines our “Gated Community” was the first priority at the inception of the development. This is the backbone of the security status within the estate, coupled with the robust security protocols which we may not discuss in many details here for obvious reasons.

As attested by the distribution of current residences, the entire estate is fully reached by electricity mains through strategically placed 4no ground and pole-mounted transformers.

The main trunk road which dissects through the center of the estate is paved in cabro blocks. Feeder roads are done to murram standard and are constantly maintained to avoid dilapidation.
